The reporting dashboards provide new insights into your business. Since the various dashboards follow the same working method, you'll find a general explanation of how they work below. Of course, there are also specific manuals for the different dashboards that offer a more in-depth explanation.

Navigation

To navigate to the Dashboards in Strobbo, you have to go to Dashboard → Dashboards in the navigation bar.

ℹ️ Note: If you do not see the Dashboards in your navigation, this means you are currently not using our reporting module.

The different Dashboards

Here you can find a brief explanation of the various dashboards available in Strobbo.

You can click on the name of a dashboard to open its manual, where you'll find more detailed information about each dashboard. Below the list in this guide, you’ll also find more general information about this module and its features.

Filters

General filters

Links op het dashboard staan de filters. Op elk dashboard kan je minimaal filteren op de periode en op de vestiging. Waar relevant zijn er extra filters toegevoegd zoals bijvoorbeeld het statuut of het werkgebied.

Left on the dashboard you can find the filters. Every dashboard has at least filters to filter on the period and the workspace. When relevant, other filters have been added. For example, some dashboards might have the statute or the work areas as a filter.

The period is set by default to the current week. The workspace filter automatically follows the workspace you’ve configured in the application, but you can adjust this within the dashboards without affecting the rest of the Strobbo application.

If you change the filters for the period and workspace on one dashboard, those filters will also be updated on the other dashboards, so you don’t have to set them again each time. This only applies to the filters for period and workspaces, not to any other filters that may be present on the dashboard.

Filtering through the charts

It is possible to filter the data displayed on the dashboard using a chart instead of the filters located in the top left corner.

When you click on a specific value in a chart, the entire dashboard is filtered based on that value.

In the example below, you can see that the entire dashboard adjusts when certain statuses are selected. This is because the other charts then update to show only the data relevant to those selected statuses.

Export options

Export to Excel

Each dashboard offers the option to export data to Excel. When using the export functionality, you must specify the period for which you want to export data.

This data export does not take into account any filters you may have set on the dashboard. All data you have access to will be exported for the selected period.

Export via Public Services

In addition to exporting data via Excel, you can also retrieve the data visualized on a dashboard through Strobbo’s public API.

More information can be found in our API documentation.

Export options within the charts

On the charts that are present on a dashboard, you have some export options as well.

You can export the chart to a CSV (comma-separated value) file, an Excel file, or an image in PNG format. The data that is exported is the data visualized in the chart. This is usually a limited amount and contains far less detail than the Excel export available on the dashboards.

Authorization

Who has access to the dashboards?

Only users with the role "Admin" or "Chef" have access to the dashboards.

Some dashboards, such as Payroll and Wages, contain sensitive employee data and are therefore only accessible to users with the "Admin" role.

What data is shown on the dashboard?

In Strobbo & Excel Export

You will only be able to see the data that you, as a user, have access to. For example, if you work in a company with two locations and your admin role only grants access to one of them, then both the dashboard and the Excel export will only show data for the location you have access to.

Via Public Services

The data available through the public services depends on the configured API key. If you have specific questions about this, you can contact our support chat.
