The 'Illness' dashboard can be used to gain insights into your staff's sick days. This is an indication based on recorded illnesses (via absences and availability) and time registrations.

Information
Calculation of Illness Cost per Month
The salary and cost for the registered sick hours are calculated based on the salary and cost of the employees. You can enter these under Management → Users.
Filters
In addition to the filters for period and location, you can also filter by employee status on this dashboard. ‘Not configured’ refers to employees for whom no status has been set.
You can also filter by illness type in this dashboard. These are the absence types that are marked as illness and that occur within the selected period.
Note: You can set an absence type as ‘illness’ in the settings of the absence types.

Reporting
Overview
At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see an overview of the figures. This includes the total number of hours worked, including absences, for the selected period and location. You’ll also see the number of hours registered as illness.
You also get a percentage per employee status. If you haven’t selected a status in the filters, we exclude it from this chart. ‘Not configured’ refers to employees for whom no status has been set.
Illness cost per month
On this chart, you can see the cost of illness for the selected period. If you’ve selected multiple workspaces, this data is added to the chart - so keep in mind that it’s best to view this per location.
For example, if you select the current year as the period in the filters, you’ll get a clear overview of the sickness costs per month.
Illness percentage per month
On this chart, you can see the illness percentage for the selected period. If you’ve selected multiple workspaces, this data is added to the chart - so keep in mind that it’s best to view this per workspace.

Hours illness per workspace
On this chart, you can see the number of illness hours per workspace for the selected period. This makes it easy to compare illness hours across different workspaces.
Hours illness per weekday
On this chart, you can see the number of illness hours per weekday. This gives you more insight into which days have the highest number of illness hours registered for your employees.
