How do I manually add a clocking? 🎯

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Planning 📅 and open the Clocking Overview ⏳.

  2. Click the green button at the top: Add Clocking ➕.

  3. In the pop-up, choose:

    • 👤 The correct employee

    • 📆 Start date and time

    • 📅 End date and time

    • 🏢 Location

    • 📝 Optional: add a comment

  4. Click Add

Important: Manaully reating a time registration does not generate a Dimona. If this employee still requires a Dimona via Strobbo — for example, a student, flexi-job worker, or extra — you will need to create it manually.

Click here for the Dimona manual.

The clocking is now created. If the employee also had a break 🥤, you can add it :

  • Click Add Breaks ⏸️.

  • Enter the start and end time ⏰.

  • Optionally add a comment 📝.

  • Click Save 💾

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do when an employee forgets to clock in?

If an employee forgets to clock in, you’ll need to create a clocking manually. If this employee also requires a Dimona registration via Strobbo, you’ll need to create and send that manually as well.

Example

If your student forgot to clock in yesterday, you must add a clocking for the date 01/01/2025. You’ll also need to create and send the Dimona registration for 01/01/2025.
