How do I manually add a time entry time?

⏰ Forgot to Clock In or Out? No Problem! ✏️

If one of your employees forgot to clock in or out, you can easily edit the time entry by clicking the ✏️ edit icon next to the incorrect entry.

If they completely forgot to register, you can add a time entry manually! 🙌

Here’s how:

  1. Go to Planning 📅 and open the Time Entry Overview ⏳.

  2. Click the green “Add entry” button ➕.

  3. A new screen will pop up:

    • 👤 Select the employee

    • 📆 Select the correct start date & start hour

    • 📅 Select the correct end date & end hour

    • 🏢 Select the correct workspace

    • 📝 Add a remark (optional)

  4. Click Add ✅.

Want to add a break? 🥤

  • Click Add next to Breaks ⏸️.

  • Select the correct start time ⏰.

  • Select the correct end time ⏰.

  • Add a remark (optional) 📝.

  • Click Save 💾.



  • Click on "Back" to return to the overview
