⏰ Forgot to Clock In or Out? No Problem! ✏️
If one of your employees forgot to clock in or out, you can easily edit the time entry by clicking the ✏️ edit icon next to the incorrect entry.
If they completely forgot to register, you can add a time entry manually! 🙌
Here’s how:
Go to Planning 📅 and open the Time Entry Overview ⏳.
Click the green “Add entry” button ➕.
A new screen will pop up:
👤 Select the employee
📆 Select the correct start date & start hour
📅 Select the correct end date & end hour
🏢 Select the correct workspace
📝 Add a remark (optional)
Click Add ✅.
Want to add a break? 🥤
Click Add next to Breaks ⏸️.
Select the correct start time ⏰.
Select the correct end time ⏰.
Add a remark (optional) 📝.
Click Save 💾.
Click on "Back" to return to the overview
