How do I manually create a Dimona?

In the "Planning" menu, go to "Dimona".

➑️ Click on "Add Dimona registration" at the top right.

A pop-up will appear where you:

πŸ‘€ Select the correct employee
πŸ“„ Choose the correct Dimona type
πŸ•’ Enter the start date and time
πŸ•“ Enter the end date and time
⏸️ Add the break duration if needed
βœ… Click on "Add".

The Dimona is now added.

⚠️ Attention: the Dimona has been πŸ“ created but still needs to be sent manually if the link with our ⏱️ time clock isn’t activated.
βœ… If the Dimona is linked to the clock, it will be sent automatically as soon as the employee clocks in πŸ•’.

You can send the Dimona manually by clicking on the arrow next to it.

⚠️ If the relevant user doesn’t appear in the overview, firstly check that you have added the correct Dimona type to their user profile.
You can find out how to do that here.

How do I cancel a Dimona?

There are 2️⃣ ways to cancel a Dimona:

  1. ❌ Manually

  2. πŸ€– Through automation

πŸ“… Manually cancelling a Dimona

  1. Go to the "Planning" menu and select "Dimona".

  2. Find the relevant Dimona in the list.

  3. Click on the red cross ❌ next to the Dimona entry.

  4. A pop-up will appear. Click "Yes" if you're sure you want to cancel the Dimona declaration.

⚠️ Note: if a declaration was made but no work was performed, the Dimona must be cancelled by midnight on the calendar day of the declaration.

πŸ“Œ Example: Anna was scheduled to work on 21/11 from 10:00 – 18:00, but she is sick. ➑️ The Dimona must be cancelled by 00:00 on 21/11.
