How do I activate the link to my payroll office?

Sending working times to your Payroll office.

At the end of the month, you’ll want to send your employees’ worked hours to your payroll provider.

This can be done easily by exporting data from Strobbo and importing it into the web platform of your payroll provider.


For some providers, we even offer automatic integration, depending on the technical possibilities of the provider.

🔗 How to activate the integration?

To set up the connection with your payroll provider, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via the in-app Support Chat
    Let us know:

    • which payroll provider you want to connect with

    • your client number (employer ID) with the provider

  2. Request a list of the most used wage and absence codes
    You’ll need these codes to ensure accurate exports.

  3. Enter the wage codes in Strobbo
    You can find instructions in [this helpdesk article].

  4. Add the absence codes
    You can find the instructions here.

  5. Collect the employee numbers (IDs)
    Retrieve these from your payroll provider or request a full list.
