You can easily check in Strobbo whether you have under/over/correctly planned your employees for a given week compared to their contractual hours.

On the schedule, you can see this under the employee's name thanks to the various colors:

  • 📊 Color legend for planned hours

    • 🟢 Green: the employee has the same number of planned hours as their contractual hours.

    • 🟠 Orange: the employee has too many planned hours.

    • ⚪ Gray: the employee has no planned hours.

      • Note: even if the employee has not yet reached their contractual hours, the hours will remain gray.

You can also filter on these employees. The filters allow you to hide certain employees based on the number of planned hours compared to their contractual hours.

To do this, you proceed as follows:

  • You go on the planning

  • Navigate to the sidebar.

Here you are going to click on the eye to open the view settings.

⚙️ Filter options under “Employees”

You have the following options to hide employees on the planning:

  • Hide under-planned:

    • When checked, employees who have fewer planned hours than their contractual hours will disappear from the planning.

  • Hide well-planned:

    • When checked, employees who have exactly the same number of planned hours as their contractual hours will disappear from the planning.

  • Hide over-planned:

    • When checked, employees who have more planned hours than their contractual hours will disappear from the planning.

The contractual hours can be set up in the user profile.
