When creating your schedule in Strobbo, you can log or adjust work times in two different ways:
👉 Via the right-hand sidebar
This works both when creating new shifts and editing existing ones.⌨️ By clicking directly on the timeline and typing the times
This is what we call “inline creation.”
⚠️ Note: Inline creation is not enabled by default. Want to use this feature? Just send a quick message to our Support Chat (top right in Strobbo), and we’ll activate it for you.
💡 In this article, we’ll share a few handy tips to make the most of inline creation.
If you want to create a work time click on the plus in the weekplanner.
This opens the work time.
Once the work time is open you can either click on the times or jump between the various fields using the tab key and type right away.
If you click on the time, the hours appear in a drop-down menu.
When you’re happy with your edits, simply close the work time by clicking on "save"
Don't feel like saving what you made? Click on "Cancel".
Note: if you input a time or value that isn’t valid, the time won’t update.
The field will appear red and a warning appears at the top of your screen.
If your start time is after your end time (or vice versa), a warning will also appear at the top of the schedule and the time won’t be adjusted. The same thing happens if you input a break duration longer than the work shift itself.
