Here, we outline the Dimona process on Strobbo.
Activating Dimona
If you want to use the Strobbo Dimona option, it will need to be activated in your environment. You cannot do this yourself, it must be completed by a consultant.
If you don’t have a “Dimona” option under “Planning/Schedule”, then Dimonas haven’t been activated in your environment.
After activating Dimonas, there’s also a difference between the test phase and the actual use-phase. You’ll notice this when you open a Dimona in your Strobbo environment.
If you see some text in orange, this means you’re still in the test phase. This is not yet officially linked with the RSZ (Rijksdienst voor Sociale Zekerheid/Social Security Service). If you still have questions about this, feel free to get in touch with your consultant.
If you want to know how to link Strobbo with the RSZ, please read this guide.

Settings in the profile
Strobbo only creates Dimonas if this is set up in the user’s profile.
Find out how you can set this up with this guide.
Strobbo needs both a correct Dimona type and a correct national identification number (Rijksregisternummer). If you have an employee with a foreign national identification/social security number, follow these instructions.
If the settings are not correct, no Dimonas will be created for the relevant user.
The planning
If the above items have been input correctly, a Dimona will be created automatically when the user is planned in and the planning is sent.
The Dimona is created based on:
The settings in the profile.
We take the Dimona type that you have allocated the user. The planning.
The duration of the Dimona is determined based on the duration of the shift in the schedule.
You can find the created Dimonas in the “Planning” menu under “Dimona”.
Here you can send the Dimonas manually. You can find out more about this in these instructions.
Link with the clock
trobbo can automatically adjust Dimona records based on the time clock.
Attention:
The scenarios below are optional configurations and may not be active in your environment. If in doubt, contact our Support Chat.
Creation
Unscheduled employee: If someone clocks in without being scheduled, a Dimona will be automatically created at clock-in. Strobbo generates a declaration with a standard duration agreed upon with your consultant.
Scheduled employee: A Dimona for a scheduled employee that hasn’t been manually sent will be sent automatically at clock-in.
Adjustment
End time: For example, if a Dimona is created for Jan with an end time of 19:00, but Jan clocks out at 21:00, Strobbo will automatically update the Dimona record and, if desired, send it to Dimona.
Start time: If someone clocks in earlier than planned, Strobbo can adjust the start time to ensure compliance during an inspection.
Recognition: A Dimona adjusted by the time clock (or manually) can be recognized by the warning symbol at the end.
Cancellation
A manually sent Dimona can also be automatically canceled if someone did not work. This action occurs shortly before midnight. Attention: this also happens if someone forgets to clock in/out and it was not noticed before the end of the day.
Important: The above automations must be configured by one of our consultants.
