There are notifications you can set up yourself and others that must be configured by our consultants. 🛠️

Your consultant will always review these together with you when activating Dimona in Strobbo.

What you can set up yourself

Through “Settings” and then “Notifications”, you decide which notifications you want to receive. These are always sent by email 📧 or SMS, so make sure to enter an email address/phone number you check regularly.

  • Dimona errors ❌: You will receive a notification at this email address when a Dimona comes back with an error.

  • New Dimona creation 🆕: If you want to get an email for every new Dimona, enter your email here.

  • Dimona modifications 🔄: If you want to stay informed about changes made to Dimona, enter your email here.

  • Dimona cancellations 🚫: Strobbo checks for you whether there are Dimona declarations submitted for which nobody worked, based on our time clock. If nobody worked, we can cancel these Dimona for you.

Every day at 11:30 PM 🕦 we perform a check to find unused Dimonas. If any are found, you get a notification and (if allowed) the cancellation is sent automatically.

  • Dimona not sent 📤: Strobbo also checks if there are still Dimonas not yet sent.

Example: Jan is supposed to start working at 3:00 PM. A Dimona record exists for Jan in Strobbo, but at 2:30 PM it hasn’t been sent yet. Strobbo can send you an alert at that moment. ⏰

  • Employee not clocked in ⏳: Receive an email when someone from your staff has not clocked in yet, so you can intervene in time.

  • Employee not clocked out 🚪: Receive an email when someone has not clocked out yet, so you can act quickly.

What you cannot set up yourself ❗

The following items must be set by a consultant:

  • The connection between the time clock and Dimona 🔗,

  • How many minutes before the scheduled time the check for unsent Dimonas takes place ⏱️,

  • Whether unused Dimonas may be automatically canceled ❌,

  • How many minutes before scheduled start time you get a notification if someone has not clocked in 🕒,

  • How many minutes after a missed clock-out you get a notification ⏲️,

  • Whether the system can automatically update and send Dimona to the social security office 📨.
