New view fixed work schedule

Written by Cescia Vanhout

You can use the Fixed Work Schedule option in Strobbo 🗓️✅

This feature makes it easy to get the correct number of hours when someone is absent — no more manual calculations! 💡

Here’s how to find it:

  1. Go to "Management" > "Users"

  2. Find the user you want to update and click the edit icon (✏️) next to their name

  3. Then click on the tab of the department (e.g., your company or branch)

Choose between:

🔹 Total number of hours per week
🔹 Fixed Work Schedule

🌀 Total number of hours per week:
The person works with a variable schedule.

When holidays are allocated, the system will automatically divide the total weekly hours by 5 (standard workweek).

👉 You can always adjust this manually or assign holidays based on the actual planning.

📅 Fixed Work Schedule:
The person works the same hours on fixed days every week.
To set this up, simply select the dot next to “Fixed Work Schedule.”

🪄 Once selected, a pop-up will appear where you can fill in the fixed schedule.

You can now enter the number of hours per day that the person works. 🕒

⚠️ Important: Make sure to use the correct format → 00h00m
First the hours, then the minutes (for example: 08h30m for 8 hours and 30 minutes).

When you're done, click SAVE 💾

The system will automatically update the total weekly working hours based on what you entered in the schedule above.
