Removing Access to Strobbo? Here’s How!

Sometimes, you may need to remove a staff member’s access to Strobbo — for example, when someone leaves your company.
But careful! ⚠️ In Belgium, you’re legally required to keep planning records for 5 years.
So, if someone has ever appeared on the schedule, you can’t delete them, only deactivate them.

💡 What happens when you deactivate someone?

  • ❌ They can no longer log in

  • 📅 They can no longer be scheduled

👇 How to deactivate a user in Strobbo:

  1. Go to "Management""Users"

  2. Open the profile of the employee you want to deactivate

  3. Click the blue button "More actions" in the top right

  4. Choose "Deactivate employee"

  5. A confirmation will pop up — click "Yes" to confirm ✅

That’s it! The person will no longer have access to your Strobbo environment.
