➡️ Choose New version
Select the start date.
Update the required data.
Click Save.
The previous version automatically ends the day before the new version starts.
🔮 The change will take effect in the future
Create a New version with a future start date.
Until the start date, you can still:
✏️ edit the version;
📅 change the date;
🗑️ delete the version.
🛠️ Correcting an error
Was the information incorrect from the beginning?
➡️ Choose Edit the current version.
Is the information incorrect in an old version?
➡️ Select the relevant historical version and correct it.
⚠️ A correction is not automatically applied to later versions.
🗑️ Deleting a scheduled version
Only future versions can be deleted.
➡️ Select the version → Delete
The previous version will be extended again.
🔒 A version is locked
A 🔒 means that the version falls within a closed payroll or time clock period.
➡️ The version is read-only and cannot be edited.
💶 Apply to payroll
When employment data changes during a payroll period, you may need to manually load the data into payroll.
➡️ Use Apply to payroll.
A green checkmark ✅ means the version has been applied to payroll.
