Each module in the list is assigned one permission level. The levels are not combined: you select one option per module.
Level | What does the employee get? |
🚫 Hidden | The module is not displayed to the employee at all. |
👁️ Read-only | The employee can open the module and view the data, but cannot make any changes. This option is only available for certain modules. |
✏️ Full | The employee can view and change everything within the module. |
🔘 How to identify the selected option
The selected level is shown by the raised white button with green text.
Modules that do not offer a Read-only option will only display two buttons instead of three.
