When creating a worktime via the planning app, you can immediately see if an employee is not available or absent.
How to recognize this?
An orange icon (circle with a slash) appears next to the employee’s name
A notification message is also displayed indicating that the employee is not available
What does this mean?
This symbol indicates that the employee:
is absent (for example on leave or sick)
or is not available according to the planning
What can you do?
You can:
choose another employee
or adjust the schedule if needed
