How to add a default planning for an employee

To add a default planning, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Planning

  • Click on the three dots next to the employee’s name

  • Select “Default planning”

Create a new default planning

  • Click “Add new default planning” (if none exists yet)

  • You can rename it in the name field

Add worktimes

  • For each day, click to set the start time, end time, and break

  • Click Save to store the day

  • Complete the full week and click Save again

Add an additional week

  • Want to add a second week?
    → Click the green “Add default planning” button again
