How to add a default planning for an employee
To add a default planning, follow these steps:
Go to the Planning
Click on the three dots next to the employee’s name
Select “Default planning”
Create a new default planning
Click “Add new default planning” (if none exists yet)
You can rename it in the name field
Add worktimes
For each day, click to set the start time, end time, and break
Click Save to store the day
Complete the full week and click Save again
Add an additional week
Want to add a second week?
→ Click the green “Add default planning” button again
