By law, it is mandatory to include both the wage and the function title of an employee on student and flexi contracts.
Since these contracts can be created via Strobbo, these fields are now required for all employees with a student or flexi status.
⚠️ Validation when creating contracts
When creating a flexi contract, you will receive an error message if the wage and/or function title is missing in the employee’s profile.
For student contracts, the Strobbo homepage will display how many employees still have incomplete data.
🔍 Checking and updating the details
The easiest way to verify and update this information is via the User Excel overview:
Go to the user Excel overview
Use the filters at the top
Filter on relevant fields such as status, wage, and function title
Complete any missing information

A wage of €0.01 is technically allowed, but not correct.
It is essential that all data in Strobbo is accurate and realistic.
Make sure a Strobbo admin is responsible for entering and validating this data.
Keeping this information up to date ensures compliance with legal requirements and prevents errors when creating contracts.
