Prisma sync errors

You will find an overview of the number of employees for whom the sync failed on the homepage of Strobbo.


Then you can navigate to the Employees list via Admin → Users.

There you have the “Employee sync errors” button.



A page will open showing exactly which company and which employee have error messages.

Click the edit icon (pencil) next to the user to go directly to the profile of that employee.



Fix the necessary errors.
