Prisma employee sync

Employee synchronization ensures that employees created or updated in Strobbo do not need to be manually entered in Prisma. New employees are automatically sent from Strobbo to Prisma, and updates to existing employees are synced automatically.

What does this mean for us and our shared customers?

  • Employees only need to be created once in Strobbo

  • Less risk of payroll errors

  • Faster and more efficient administrative processing

  • Partner details (name, birthdate, profession, salary scale, is disabled)

  • Number of children (disabled / non-disabled)

  • Changes made directly in Prisma will NOT be synced back to Strobbo

  • Updates made in Prisma will not be visible in Strobbo

  • All employee changes should always be made in Strobbo to ensure correct synchronization
