👀 View Work Area Occupancy in Strobbo
In Strobbo, you can view the occupancy of a work area directly on the schedule.
This makes it easy to check if enough employees are scheduled for each work area.
How to activate it:
Go to the Schedule.
Open the desired week.
In the sidebar, click on the eye icon to open the view settings.
At the bottom, under Occupancy, select “Show occupancy per work area”.
On the planning you will now see the number of employees scheduled for each work area.
A shift consisting of 2 parts for 1 employee counts as 1 employee.
Open worktimes only count when they are assigned to an employee.
