Linking Work Areas in Strobbo to Functions in Nowjobs
In Strobbo, we work with work areas. In Nowjobs, these are called functions and sub-functions.
To make the systems communicate smoothly, you only need to link your work areas to the correct functions/sub-functions once. ✅
Here’s how you do it:
1️⃣ Go to “Management” → “Settings”
2️⃣ Click on “Nowjobs”
3️⃣ Click the ✏️ pencil icon next to the relevant location
4️⃣ A new page will open
5️⃣ Click “Add” ➕ to create a new link
6️⃣ Select the relevant work area
7️⃣ A list of available functions will appear — choose the one that fits
8️⃣ Then select the correct sub-function
9️⃣ Click “Save” 💾
⚠️ Important:
Please do not edit or remove existing links unless absolutely necessary. Changing them can impact the correct transfer of planning data to Nowjobs.
