Nowjobs planning sync: errors

🔍 How to spot a Nowjobs error on the planning:

When you hover over a work time, the errors will pop up.

Look for an asterisk (*) before the message — that means it’s a Nowjobs error.

Other errors without the asterisk come from Strobbo settings.

🚨 Got an error alert from Nowjobs? Here’s how to check it:

  1. Open the planning.

  2. Click “More actions” at the top right.

  3. Select “View third-party exports”.

A new page will open where you can see the details.

🔍 Here you can see the errors we receive from Nowjobs for each worktime.

⚖️ The validation of worktimes is a legal process determined by Nowjobs, so it can’t be adjusted within Strobbo.

🔄 Want to resend a worktime with an error to Nowjobs? Just click the arrow next to the relevant worktime.

Heads up: Not every error can be resent. If the arrow is greyed out, resending is not possible.

Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Open Settings (Management) and go to Nowjobs.

  2. Click the edit icon (✏️ pencil) next to your company.

  3. Enter your email address and click Save.
