No need to open the absence page you can add an absence directly from the planning view! 🚀
You’ve got 3 easy ways to do it:
🔹 Via the "More actions" button
👆 Click “More actions” at the top and select “Add absence”.
🔹 Via the 3 dots in the planning view
📍 Per day: Click the 3 dots next to the date → the correct day is filled in automatically.
👤 Per employee: Click the 3 dots next to the employee’s name → the right person is already selected.
✏️ In all cases, the familiar pop-up will open.
Just fill in the details and you’re all set!
