Where can I find a PIN?
🔑 Finding a User’s PIN
A PIN can always be found in the user’s profile.
Steps:
Go to Users.
Click on the profile of the user in question.
The “Personal Details” tab opens.
The PIN is displayed at the top right.
💡 Important:
A PIN is always unique, meaning no two PINs can be the same in Strobbo.
By default, a PIN consists of 4 digits.
Can I change a PIN?
🔄 Changing a User’s PIN
An admin can change a user’s PIN.
Staff members and managers cannot change a PIN.
Make sure each PIN has 4 digits and is unique.
Two users in a single Strobbo environment cannot share the same PIN.
Steps to Change a PIN:
Go to the field containing the existing PIN.
Enter the new PIN.
Click “Save” to confirm the change.
