Help, I can’t log in!

Your employer has started using Strobbo and you’ve been asked to use it too.


Of course, you might need some help getting to know our application and tool.

This guide will help you if you’re unable to login. For example, if you have forgotten your password. Read this guide to get back up and running.

I’ve forgotten my password 😕

No worries! Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Go to your employer’s Strobbo environment using the link they sent you.

  2. If you’re using the new Strobbo version, click on “Forgot password”.

  3. Enter your email address — make sure it’s the same one you used to register your account.

  4. Click “Send password”.

  5. Check your inbox for an email with your temporary password.

  6. Use the link in the email and the temporary password to log in.

  7. When asked for your current password, enter the temporary password you got by email.

  8. Finally, create a new password that you’ll remember!

Via our app 📱

  1. Open the Strobbo app.

  2. Tap “Forgot password”.

  3. Enter your email address.

  4. You’ll receive an email with a temporary password.

  5. Log in using the password from the email.

  6. Once logged in, you can set a new password.

Note: The current password is the temporary one you received by email.

I’ve entered my password incorrectly ❌

If you see the error message “Wrong username and/or password”, it means either your username or password is incorrect.

  • Double-check you didn’t accidentally add spaces or have caps lock on.

  • If everything looks fine, click “Forgot login data” on the website or “Forgot password” in the app to request a new password.

I’ve been locked out 🚫

After too many incorrect password attempts, your account may be blocked.

If you try to log in, you’ll see an “Account blocked” message.

  • Contact your employer to unlock your account.

  • Or reach out to our support team for help.

My account hasn’t been approved yet ⏳

If you get the message “Account not yet approved by HR” when logging in:

  • Let your employer know—they need to approve your account before you can log in.
