You'll find this by going to: Schedule > Absence & Availability > add absence
Absence based on planning
Did you know you can automatically assign absence hours based on the planning in Strobbo? 🙌
Heads up: this only works if you are using our planning module.
📌 Important:
If no planning exists for the selected days, it won’t be possible to add an absence based on planning.
✅ Here's how:
Go to Planning > Absences and Availability > Add Absence
Select the desired absence days
Choose the correct employee
Select the appropriate absence type
Tick “based on planning”
Click Confirm
💡 If a planning is found, the absence will be automatically added.
⚠️ Error message?
If there's no planning in the system for those days, you’ll get a warning.
➡️ Solution: add the missing planning for those days and try again.
If a planning is found, an absence will be added for the staff member.
Attention: if there is no planning in the system, the following error message appears.
You can solve this by adding the planning for the days in question.
