You can use the Fixed Work Schedule option in Strobbo ๐Ÿ—“๏ธโœ…

This feature makes it easy to get the correct number of hours when someone is absent โ€” no more manual calculations! ๐Ÿ’ก

Hereโ€™s how to find it:

  1. Go to "Management" > "Users"

  2. Find the user you want to update and click the edit icon (โœ๏ธ) next to their name

  3. Then click on the tab of the department (e.g., your company or branch)

Choose between:

๐Ÿ”น Total number of hours per week
๐Ÿ”น Fixed Work Schedule

๐ŸŒ€ Total number of hours per week:
The person works with a variable schedule.

When holidays are allocated, the system will automatically divide the total weekly hours by 5 (standard workweek).

๐Ÿ‘‰ You can always adjust this manually or assign holidays based on the actual planning.

๐Ÿ“… Fixed Work Schedule:
The person works the same hours on fixed days every week.
To set this up, simply select the dot next to โ€œFixed Work Schedule.โ€

๐Ÿช„ Once selected, a pop-up will appear where you can fill in the fixed schedule.

You can now enter the number of hours per day that the person works. ๐Ÿ•’

โš ๏ธ Important: Make sure to use the correct format โ†’ 00h00m
First the hours, then the minutes (for example: 08h30m for 8 hours and 30 minutes).

When you're done, click SAVE ๐Ÿ’พ

The system will automatically update the total weekly working hours based on what you entered in the schedule above.
