📅 Managing multiple absence requests? Easy-peasy!
1️⃣ Go to "Absence and Availability" under "Schedule"
2️⃣ Click on "Show list view" to get a clear overview of all requests 📝
3️⃣ 🔄 Remove any existing filters if needed so you can start fresh and see all relevant requests at once.
4️⃣ Head over to the filter section and fill in the necessary details — like the period, status (requested, approved, declined), or specific employees. 🔍
5. Select the absence type and use the “Actions” buttons to handle the request.
You can:
✔️ Approve
❌ Reject
🗑️ Remove
If a button is greyed out ⚠️, it means you’re not allowed to take that action on this request.
For example, if the absence is already approved, you can only reject the absence. If the absence is already rejected, you can only delete it.
