In Strobbo, you can import your planned and actual revenue.

By default the setting to do this is not activated. In this manual, you can find the explanation for how to prepare for the import and how to import. If you don't have the option and would like to do it, you can request this through our Chat with Support.

Preparing the import file

  1. You can download the Excel file needed to perform the import here.

  2. In the file, you will need to fill in the "Workspace NAME"; the column "OR Workspace reporting code" can be left empty.

  3. Next, you can enter the dates. It’s important to enter these correctly; otherwise, no records will be imported.

  4. You can then enter the planned revenue under "Planned Revenue" or the actual revenue under "Actual Revenue".

This is the example of a filled in import file:

ℹ️ Informative: You can always find the name of your workspaces under Management > Settings > Workspaces. You can also change the name there.

Importing the revenue

Importing the revenue has to be done through our planning-module. You can navigate there through Schedule > Planning.

  1. From the planning sidebar, you can click the € symbol to open the revenue screen

  2. Press the "Import Revenue" button

  3. A screen will now open where you can upload the file — this can be done by clicking the field, after which a popup will allow you to navigate to the file you want to upload. Alternatively, you can drag the file into the field from a folder.

It’s also important to check the relevant checkboxes. For example, if you previously imported the planned revenue and it’s not included in your current file, you’ll need to uncheck the planned revenue option. Otherwise, the empty value will overwrite the existing data with a zero.

  4. Click the Import button afterwards, and it will start loading. If successful, the popup will eventually disappear and the page will reload. If an error message appears, you’ll need to resolve it and try again.

  5. After it has been loaded in, you can consult the data within the revenue-screen.

ℹ️ For more information about this screen, you can read this manual.
