How do I import the contract numbers?

If you are a client of Liantis, you need to import the contract number at the end of the month.

Attention: You must request this via the Chat with Support; you cannot activate this module yourself.

Go to Management → Payroll. When you see the Contract field, this means the module is activated. These fields are empty, and for exporting you need to add the contract numbers.

Then click on the button '+ contracts'.

A new page will open. Click on 'Reading in and linking contracts'.

A pop-up will open. Select the appropriate period and click on 'Link contracts'.

Give the system some time to fetch the contract numbers from Liantis and add them to Strobbo.

After this, the contract screen will be displayed again.

There are four possible situations:

  1. Both “Unlinked Contracts” and “Unlinked Export Data” are empty (no records to display). This means everything is in order. Return to Payroll (button at the top right).

  2. There is data under “Unlinked Contracts”: this means a contract was found in Liantis, but no performance/absence is recorded in Strobbo. Add the performance/absence in Strobbo.

  3. There is data under “Unlinked Export Data”: this means a performance/absence was found in Strobbo, but no corresponding contract exists in Liantis. Make sure a Dimona declaration is always present.

  4. A combination of situations 2 and 3 is also possible.

Return to Payroll. You will see that the contract numbers have been added in the second column under Payroll.
