Using Google Chrome and not getting a file after clicking "Export data"?
➡️ Check the top right of the address bar (URL bar).
Shortly after clicking, a pop-up blocker icon will appear — usually a red X or a window symbol.
Here’s how to fix it:
Click the pop-up blocker icon in the address bar (the red X — see image).
Select “Always allow pop-ups from [Strobbo]”.
Click Done or Allow.
Try exporting again.
🍎 Safari: Allow pop-ups for data export
Using Safari and unable to export your data?
Then pop-ups are probably being blocked.
How to fix it:
Make sure the Strobbo website is open in Safari.
Go to the Safari menu (top left) and click "Settings".
Open the "Websites" tab.
Scroll to "Pop-up Windows" in the sidebar.
Find the Strobbo website in the list.
Choose "Allow" next to the Strobbo site.
