With Strobbo, you can easily transfer worked hours to your payroll provider.
We can even take into account things like gross-net overtime or Sunday premiums, provided that the correct rules are defined in the system.

⚠️ Important: We strongly advise not to set up these rules on your own.
Any errors can be complex to detect and require manual analysis by our team.

You have two options:

Add the rules manually via:
Management > Settings > Payroll Rules
(See the step-by-step guide below)

Simply send us a completed Excel file with the applicable rules for your company.
We’ll configure everything for you ensuring accurate and error-free setup.

📌First: collect the correct codes and worktime types

Check if you have added all the correct codes of your working time types. More information on checking this in this article. You need to make sure you have the correct absence types and codes as well.

📌Second: you need to define the rule.

This is an example of 2 rules. Attention: The rule on the bottom always works supplementary to the rules on top.

For example: when your employees have to be paid a different code on Sunday.

As mentioned above, you must always indicate for which employee status (e.g. worker, employee) the rule applies.

🔧 Steps:

  1. Select the work time type to which the rule should apply (e.g. standard hours, Sunday, public holiday...).

  2. Fill in the criteria the worked time must meet.

  3. Then select the target work time type — this is how the time will be classified (e.g. night hours, overtime...).

  4. Click Save to store the rule.

⚠️ Important for the payroll page:

If you want these rules to be correctly applied on your payroll page, you must add all necessary rules first, before clicking on "Apply Rules".

You can only apply the rules once per period.
