Prisma employee sync

The Employee sync will make it possible that employees created by our customers in Strobbo will no longer need to be manually re-entered in Prisma.

New employees will be automatically sent from Strobbo to Prisma, and updates to existing employees will be synced automatically as well.

What does this mean for us and our shared customers?

  • Employees only need to be created once in Strobbo

  • Less risk of payroll errors

  • Faster and more efficient administrative processing

First name, last name, email, national registry number, mobile phone, phone number

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ง Family information
Marital status, partner details, number of children (disabled / non-disabled), other family members (disabled / non-disabled)

๐Ÿ“‹ Additional information
Date of birth, place of birth, country of birth, gender, IBAN, BIC, highest diploma, nationality

Street + house number, postal code, city, country

Language

โš ๏ธ Important to know

  • Changes made directly in Prisma will NOT be synced back to Strobbo

  • Updates made in Prisma will not be visible in Strobbo

  • All employee changes should always be made in Strobbo to ensure correct synchronization
