In Strobbo, employees can be labeled as “planned”, “late”, etc. in the running time entry overview.
Sometimes you don’t want this to happen for certain employees, such as full‑time staff with fixed working hours or managers who don’t use day planning.
You can now configure, per statute, whether employees with that statute should appear as planned.
By unchecking a statute, employees assigned to that statute will no longer be automatically marked as planned or late in the running time entry overview.
This helps preserve clarity and overview —
even for employees who don’t follow a day planning.
You can do this in two ways: If you have employees who shouldn’t appear as planned in the running time entries, you can create a new statute and assign those employees to it.
Then don’t check the option: “Show as planned in running time entries”.
If you want to do this for an existing statute, it’s easy:
Go to Settings → Running Time Entries
Deselect the statute you don’t want to show as planned
Don’t forget to click Save in the top right to confirm your changes
Employees with that statute will then no longer be automatically shown as planned in the running time entry overview.
