Add a worktime in the planner app

As an admin or manager, you can also add and edit worktimes using the Planner app.
In this guide, you will learn step by step how to add a worktime.

  1. Open the Planner app and tap Planning at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Tap the “Add” button at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Choose the correct date for which you want to add a worktime.

  4. Tap Next to continue.

  1. Next, enter the worktime. Select the correct start and end time and then tap Next again.

  2. Then select any break time — if the employee did not have a break, you can select 00:00.
    Tap Next again.

  3. Now select the work area and tap Next again.

  1. Finally, select the correct employee and tap Next once more.

  1. You will see a final overview — then you can add the worktime by tapping Next.
    This becomes a “grey worktime.”

  2. You will then enter the edit screen, where you can choose to adjust the worktime, send the worktime, or save it.

  3. If you choose Send, you can also decide:

    • Whether the employee is notified via email, SMS, or push notification

    • Whether the worktime should be automatically approved
