On the planning page, you can see at a glance what’s happening today.
No hassle, just clarity.

Overview

  • View the planning for a selected day in one clear overview

  • All scheduled work neatly listed

  • Workspaces, locations, and statuses are immediately visible

What do you see?

  • Open worktimes
    Shifts that still need to be filled

  • Planned worktimes
    Who is working, where, and when

  • Workspace & location
    You can filter on these if needed (click the three lines next to the search bar)

  • Current status
    Working, on break, or an error? You’ll see it instantly

Handy icons

  • ☕ Coffee cup → this employee is on break

  • ❗ Red exclamation mark → planning validation error (action required!)

  • ⚠️ Orange triangle → warning, for example overlapping shifts

👉 You can configure these notifications yourself via the planning validation rules in the settings. This allows you to decide whether a validation rule is blocking or not.

↔️ Navigating between weeks & days

Planning through time has never been easier:

  • Swipe across the top bar to switch weeks

  • Tap a day to view the planning for that day

  • Small dots under the days indicate which types of worktimes are planned

  • 📆 Calendar button (bottom left) → jump back to today with one tap

🔍 Filtering & search

Filters

  • Workspace / work area
    Show only the planning that’s relevant to you

  • Status filter
    Display only selected statuses (e.g. planned, open, error)

Search

  • Employee search
    Type an employee’s display name to instantly find all related planning entries
