How do I add a working time code to my payroll office

To export your working hours correctly to your payroll office, it’s important to import the correct work time codes into Strobbo.

📝 Where do you get these codes?
Ask your contact person at the payroll office for the list of codes your company uses.

Adding work time codes in Strobbo
Follow these steps to add a work time type with a code:

  • Go to Management > Settings > Work Time Types

  • Click the green "Add" button

  • Enter a description and the code provided by your social secretariat

  • Choose a color (optional)

  • Click "Add"

  • The work time type is now available in your list

Don’t want this work time type to be included in the export?
Select the option "Do not export"

📌 Don’t forget to fill in a default work time type under the "General" tab and save.

💡 Note: You may need to refresh the page to see newly added work time types.

⚠️ Important:
Codes for absences (e.g. legal or extra vacation days) should be added under the "Absence Types" tab.
