How do I link employees to my payroll office?

At the end of each month, you’ll want to send your team’s worked hours to your payroll provider.

You can do this easily by exporting the data from Strobbo and uploading it to your provider’s web platform.


For some payroll providers, we also offer a direct integration, depending on their technical capabilities.

👉 To submit hours correctly, you need to link your employee records in Strobbo to those in your payroll system.

🔗 Here's how to create the link:

  1. Request a list of employee IDs from your payroll provider.

  2. In Strobbo, go to “Management” → “Users”

  3. Click the blue edit icon next to the employee

  4. Open the “Company” tab

  5. Fill in the “Employee Number” field with the correct ID

  6. Click the green Save button at the bottom

📌 Please note:

when you see below the Employee Number field the notification that this number is generated by an external service, you can not fill in this field yourself.
For example when you work with SD Worx, this number will be automatically generated for you.
