In Strobbo, you can set per employee whether or not overtime should be tracked.
That’s super useful — maybe you only want to track it for your full-time staff, and not for students or flexible workers.

Keeps everything clean and easy to manage! ✅

You can find information on how the overtime is calculated in this article.

Need to track overtime or undertime for a specific team member? Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to "Management" > "Users" in the menu 👥

  2. Select the correct user from the list ✅

  3. Choose the right location and look to the right

  4. Tick the box "Track overtime" 🕒

  5. Enter the start date from when to begin tracking 📆

  6. Hit "Save" at the top 💾

💡 TIP: How do overtime and undertime get calculated?

👉 If you set both overtime and undertime to trigger at exactly 38 hours per week:

  • Worked 38h05 → system logs 5 minutes overtime

  • Worked 37h55 → system logs 5 minutes undertime

📏 Want to allow for a buffer zone? You can set custom thresholds.
For example:

  • Undertime below 37h

  • Overtime above 39h

➡️ In this setup, if someone works 38h05, nothing is counted. Smart and flexible!

Attention: you need admin rights to set up the negative hours and overtime.
