⚠️ Viewing Dimona Errors in Strobbo
Sometimes, when sending a Dimona, you may encounter an error.
Dimona has a total of 455 possible error messages.
With Strobbo, you can view the most common errors.
Steps:
Go to the Dimona page in the Planning menu.
Dimona with errors or warnings are color-coded:
Red: Dimona with an error
Orange: Dimona processed with a warning
If the error or warning does not appear, you can still download the file to check the error.
Click on the blue button with 3 dots behind the Dimona that was processed with a warning or returned with an error.
The following screen will open.
If you click on the blue icon, this will be automatically copied and you can paste this into notepad
In this file there will always be an ErrorID mentionned (the controle F function can help here)
