How do I set up that the employee and/or chief receive a notification if someone clocked in or out too late?

⏰ Late clock-ins? Get notified!

At Strobbo, the time clock is linked to both the planning and the registered Dimona declarations.

👉 This is normally configured during your training sessions with a Strobbo consultant.

Hasn’t this been done yet? Just let us know via the chat we’re happy to help!

📩 Let us know:

  • Who should receive the notification (email address or phone number)

  • After how many minutes of delay the notification should be sent

    • e.g. employee after 5 minutes late

    • manager after 15 minutes late

We'll set this up for you.

⚠️ Attention with Dimonas!

Dimona records always take precedence over scheduled working hours.
Example:

  • Scheduled work start = 13:00

  • Dimona start time = 14:00

  • Notification set for 5 minutes late
➡️ The employee will only receive a late clock-in alert at 14:05, not at 13:05.

🛠️ Which notifications can you configure yourself?

You can activate alerts for Dimona issues, such as errors or new declarations.

📍 Go to:
ManagementSettingsNotifications
There you’ll find the available options and can activate them as needed.
