Would you like Dimona declarations, updates, and cancellations to be handled from within Strobbo? You can do this by giving one-time authorization to Strobbo via the Social Security website. By granting this authorization, you ensure that Strobbo and the government are allowed to interact with each other regarding Dimona transactions.

To authorize Strobbo to submit Dimona declarations on behalf of your company, follow these steps:

  1. Via this link, you can download the certificate named 'STRDMN.cer' that you will need to set up the Dimona integration.

2. Go to the Social Security website (Chaman).

3. Click in the menu on the right on 'Beheer uw technische kanalen', then select 'onderneming'.

4. Log in through your itsme or your eID reader.

5. Is this your first time, or do you need to renew access? Then you need to click on 'Confirm' and fill in your details.

6. You will be redirected to ChaMan – Beheer van technische kanalen. At the bottom, click on 'Een Webservice account toevoegen'.

7. A pop-up will open where you have to take the following actions:

  1. Select REST and fill in an account name.

  2. Select the following two check marks:

    • consultatie van de Dimona-aangifte

    • Dimona-aangiftes verrichten

  3. Upload the certificate STRDMN.crt that you downloaded in step 1 and fill in the name (= STRDM) as the Certificaatnaam (Certificate name).

9. Great! The connection has been made. Now we need two clear printscreens.

  • Printscreen 1: Of the main page with the client ID clearly visible (self_service_chaman_...)

  • Printscreen 2: On the main page, at the end of the line that you just configured with the text self_service_chaman_... click on the eye-symbol: we need a printscreen of the screen that opens up as a result. We've included an example of how this screen looks.

10. Mail this to hello@strobbo.com or your point of contact so we can configure the integration in the back-end within Strobbo."
