With Strobbo, you can easily send Dimona declarations to the NSSO (RSZ/ONSS) for your flexi-job workers, students, and temporary staff.
To do this, make sure the following is correctly set up:
✅ Activate the Dimona connection
Make sure your Strobbo account is set up to send Dimona declarations.
You can read how to do this in [this manual].
✅ Enter the correct Dimona type
Check that each staff member has the correct Dimona type filled in. This is crucial for a valid declaration.
Go to the user’s profile
Click on the company tab
Select the correct Dimona type (Ext-hour / FLX-hour / Stu-hour) and click Save
✅ Use the time clock
Dimona declarations only work in combination with the Strobbo time clock.
So make sure your employees know how to clock in correctly.
With these three steps, you're ready to send Dimona declarations accurately and on time via Strobbo.
🔄 What happens next?
As soon as you schedule an employee, Strobbo automatically creates a Dimona record.
📍 You’ll find it under “Planning” > “Dimona”.
This page shows you an overview of all Dimona declarations in Strobbo.
✅ Sending Dimona in advance
You can send the Dimona before the workday. This ensures that the declaration is correctly sent to the NSSO.
⚠️ If the planning changes afterward, be sure to update and resend the Dimona before the employee clocks in.
🕒 What if an employee clocks in?
When an employee clocks in via the Strobbo time clock, Strobbo will automatically check and update the Dimona if needed, and send it to the NSSO.
That’s why correct clocking is so important.
