As an admin in Strobbo, you can see exactly who made which changes in your Strobbo environment.

This helps you quickly spot mistakes, avoid miscommunication, and keep full control over your data.

Please note that we only keep track of the audit logs from the last 3 months.

👉 What kind of information can you see?

With the audit logs, you can discover:

  • Who created, updated or deleted a worktime

  • Who removed an absence type

  • Who unassigned an employee from a work area

  • Who modified a payroll rule
    … and much more.

🧭 Where can you find the audit logs?

Audit logs are available in three important parts of Strobbo:

1️⃣ Planning

Example: “Who added this worktime?”

📍 Where to find it?
In the More actions menu (top-right on the planning page).

2️⃣ Employees

Example: “Who unassigned this employee from a work area?”

📍 Where to find it?
On the employee page, under the More actions menu.

3️⃣ Settings

Example: “Who changed this payroll rule?”

📍 Where to find it?
In the Audit logs button at the top right.

The audit logs allow you to see exactly which actions were taken, by whom, and when in your Strobbo environment.
Below is a clear explanation of each part of the audit log screen.

🧩 1. Audit log type (Feature)

The audit log type refers to the specific module or feature in Strobbo where the action took place.

Examples:

  • Open shifts

  • Employees

  • Absence types

  • Payroll rules

When you select a feature — for example Open shifts — you will only see actions related to that specific section.

⚙️ 2. Action

An action shows what a user has done within a feature.

Examples:

  • Created open shifts

  • Edited an employee

  • Deleted an absence type

This allows you to understand not only where something happened but also what exactly was changed.

🕒 3. Date filter

You can filter by the exact date an action occurred.

Example:
“Show all shifts created on February 12.”

This makes it easier to quickly locate specific changes.

👤 4. User filter

You can also filter by which user performed an action.
You’ll see a list of all users who can perform actions in Strobbo.

Example:
“Who deleted this shift?”

🔍 5. Advanced filters

Advanced filters allow you to narrow your results even further, for example by:

  • A specific time period

  • A specific work area

🎨 6. Color indicators

Colors help you immediately understand what type of action was performed:

🟢 Green = Created
🔵 Blue = Standard actions (such as editing)
🔴 Red = Deleted
