When you log in to your Strobbo app, you can easily submit your availability or request absences.
But… do you see a lock icon 🔒? Here’s what it means:
You can no longer submit availability
You cannot edit or delete anything
The same may apply to absences
If you open the detail page of the relevant availability or absence, you will see a message that the period is locked.
This means you cannot make any changes because your employer has already locked the period.
💡 Tip: Not sure why a period is locked? Contact your employer, it’s usually because the schedule has already been finalized.
