A lock on absences and availabilities

When you log in to your Strobbo app, you can easily submit your availability or request absences.

But… do you see a lock icon 🔒? Here’s what it means:

  • You can no longer submit availability

  • You cannot edit or delete anything

  • The same may apply to absences

If you open the detail page of the relevant availability or absence, you will see a message that the period is locked.

This means you cannot make any changes because your employer has already locked the period.

💡 Tip: Not sure why a period is locked? Contact your employer, it’s usually because the schedule has already been finalized.
