Send external contracts to Update-Pro

When an employee is linked to the Update-Pro user group, you can send the schedule directly from Strobbo.

How it works


Creating the schedule works exactly the same as in your usual Strobbo workflow.

Once ready, click “Send shifts”.
You’ll see an overview of all shifts — with Update-Pro employees listed separately under the “Update-Pro” section.

Good to know:

  • Shifts for Update-Pro employees are sent via email, push notification or SMS from Strobbo.

  • Worktimes are automatically approved

Requesting external contracts


When sending the schedule, a pop-up will appear to request “external contracts”. Click to continue.

Shifts that require a contract are marked with a contract icon in the schedule. The icon color shows the status:

  • Brown: Draft

  • Blue: Requested

  • Green: Approved

You can check the status of all contracts via the contract icon at the top, next to the notification bell.
