1. Add External Numbers for work Areas & workspaces
Go to Management → Workspaces, and then do the same for Work Areas.
Add the external numbers you received from Update-Pro.
2. Link users to the Update-Pro user group
You need to add the users to an Update-Pro user group.
Go to Management → User Groups → click the person icon next to the user group and add the people.
If you don’t have an Update-Pro user group yet, please contact us via our chat.
3. Required user information
Each user must have the following details completed:
Email
Social Security Number
IBAN
BIC
Address details
KM (distance or home-work)
Wage + costs
💡 Some fields can be made mandatory via Configurable Fields.
4. Set Dimona to NVT (if applicable)
Go to Management → Users → select the user.
Select NVT as the Dimona type.
5. Manage the external contracts
Sent contracts and got errors?
No problem,you can easily check them:
On the Strobbo homepage
In the planning, at the contract icon (with a red dot)
💡 Don’t forget to review contracts with errors. Make the necessary changes so you can resend them to Update-Pro.
