✅ How to block requests:
Go to Absences & Availabilities
Click the blue "More actions" button and select “Lock absences and availabilities”
Choose whether to block Absences or Availabilities
Select the week(s) you want to lock
🔴 Locked weeks will appear in redClick Save
Another option is to lock absences and availabilities directly from the Planning screen.
Click the blue “More actions” button and select “Lock absences and availabilities”, the same pop-up will appear.
🔒 How it looks:
Locked absences = grey with a ☂️ umbrella icon
Locked availabilities = grey with a 📅 calendar icon
