📌 Want to apply planning validation rules to open worktimes? You can do this easily by updating the existing rule.
When an employee tries to accept an open worktime, we will:
First validate the shift using your rules
If there are warnings or errors, we’ll block the acceptance
Why only validate at the moment of acceptance?
Because your planning might change between sending out an open shift and someone accepting it.
What was fine yesterday might cause issues today – so we do a final check at the moment it matters most.
📍 How to set it up?
Go to Management > Settings > Planning Validation Rules
Click the ✏️ pencil icon to edit the rule
Check the box “Use for open worktimes”
Hit Update
✅ The rule will now also apply to open worktimes in your planning.
