Would you like to receive a notification when employees within the same company have overlapping work times in the schedule?
You can easily do this via the validation rule "No overlapping work times."
Follow the steps below to set up this rule:
Go to "Management" in the main menu
Click on "Settings"
Select "Planning validation rules"
Click the green "Add" button in the top right corner
Choose the validation rule "No overlapping worktimes"
Click "Next"
Add a clear description to the rule (e.g. “Notification for overlapping planning”)
Select or deselect the statutes to which this rule applies
Click on "Add" to save the rule
Once the "No overlapping worktimes" validation rule is activated, you will automatically receive a warning when an employee has overlapping shifts.
