With Strobbo, you can create rules that validate your planning automatically. This ensures your schedule complies with legal requirements or internal agreements.
For example: you can set a rule to ensure students work no more than 9 hours per day. Super handy!
🔧 How to create such a rule?
Go to Management → Settings
Click on Planning Validation Rules
Click the green “Add” button in the top right corner
✍️ What to fill in?
Title: Give your rule a clear and recognisable name
Description: Explain what the rule does
Period: Choose whether the rule should apply per day, week or month
Number: Define how many days/weeks/months the rule should cover
Hours: Set the number of hours allowed for that period
🎯 Who does it apply to?
Under the statute section, you can (de)select which employee types/statutes (e.g., student, flex, permanent employee, etc.) the rule applies to.
